MMC Research & Review is an independent editorial publication dedicated to investigating health and wellness products on behalf of consumers. We research supplements, telehealth platforms, wellness devices, and personal care products — then publish what we find in a format designed to help readers make informed decisions.
We are consumer health researchers and writers. We are not physicians, pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers of any kind. Our team does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical guidance. Our work is editorial and informational — never clinical.
What We Believe
The health and wellness marketplace has an accountability problem. Brands can make sweeping claims about their products with minimal scrutiny. Ingredient studies conducted on isolated compounds in laboratory settings get cited as though they prove a finished supplement works. Marketing copy gets repeated across dozens of affiliate sites until it reads like established fact. Consumers deserve better.
Our approach is straightforward: take the brand's claims seriously enough to actually check them. Examine the cited research. Flag what holds up and what does not. Give a clear consumer verdict. Disclose any financial relationships. Repeat.
About This Domain

The domain name MeridianMedicalCentre.com was previously used by a healthcare organization based in Kenya. That organization — Meridian Health Group / Meridian Medical Centre Ltd — operates clinics and hospitals throughout Kenya. They are a real, active healthcare company providing medical services to real patients.
This website has absolutely no connection to that organization.
We did not acquire this domain from Meridian Health Group in a partnership arrangement. We are not a successor to their operations. We do not provide any of the clinical services they offer. We have no affiliation with their physicians, staff, facilities, or corporate structure. Their patients should visit mhg.co.ke for information about Meridian Health Group's clinics and services.
The “Medical Centre” in our domain name reflects this prior ownership history. It does not describe what this website is or does. We are an editorial publication, not a medical centre.
