How many droppers of Payarmin should you take a day?
The label reads: “Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow.” It also says “Do not exceed recommended dose.” The seller describes Payarmin as “a dietary supplement in liquid form, developed for oral administration.”
The label lists a serving size of 1 ml and 30 servings per container, in a 30 mL (1 fl oz) bottle. If one dropper holds 1 mL, a bottle lasts about 30 days at one dropper a day, or about 15 days at two.
When should you take Payarmin?
The seller’s FAQ says: “For best results, we recommend taking it in the morning, preferably before a meal.” It adds that this routine “allows the minerals, amino acids, and botanical extracts to work consistently in your metabolism.” Pick a time you can keep each day, so your routine stays the same from one day to the next.
How should you store Payarmin?
The label says to keep it away from heat, light and humidity, and to store it in a cool, dry place. Keep the bottle out of the reach of children. Do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
What should you expect in the first weeks?
The seller uses 30 days as its checkpoint. Its guarantee page says: “If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the results obtained after at least 30 days of continuous use, our team will be available to help.” The seller also says most customers choose the 6-bottle pack, which it describes as a full six-month treatment.
The product page includes customer testimonials. The same page says they “are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.” Your own experience may differ.
While you use it, keep checking your numbers. The CDC blood sugar guidance says you can check with a blood sugar meter or a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and that your doctor may want you to check more often if you take insulin or often have low blood sugar. Our hba1c and blood sugar monitoring guide explains how to read those numbers.
When should you stop, and who should talk to a clinician first?
The label says pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and people with a known medical condition “should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.” The seller’s FAQ names heart problems and high blood pressure as conditions to check first.
If you take medicine for blood sugar, talk with your clinician before you add the drops, and keep taking your prescribed medicine as your clinician directs. The product page says it is “not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.” It also says the statements “have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.”
If you notice a reaction you are unsure about, stop and ask your clinician before the next dose.
Can anything bring blood sugar down right away?
The seller measures results after at least 30 days of continuous use. If a reading is high or low right now, follow your clinician’s plan and recheck with your meter.
Can you flush sugar out of your blood?
The American Heart Association explains that other parts of the body need insulin to carry glucose into cells to be used as energy. American Heart Association blood sugar fact sheet is the source for that. MD Anderson says that when you exercise, your muscles take up the glucose and use it for energy. Daily movement, with fewer sugars and carbs, is the route these sources describe.
What drink lowers blood sugar?
Emory Healthcare advises: “Drink water instead of sugary drinks.” MD Anderson says that if you stay hydrated, exercise and cut back on sugars and carbs, that could help lower blood sugar. For more, see how to lower blood sugar naturally.
What can make blood sugar drop quickly?
The American Heart Association says that if blood glucose is too low, you may feel tired or dizzy but feel better after you eat. If you take a diabetes medicine or insulin, ask your clinician what to do when your meter reads low. Ask them also about the signs of high blood sugar and the 15-minute rule, and keep their steps with your meter.

How does the Payarmin refund work?
The seller’s guarantee is a “60-Day Results or Refund Guarantee.” The seller’s pages count that 60 days from two different starting points. The returns page counts the 60-day period from the day the order was placed. The seller’s Terms of Service say to email contact@customercs.com “within 60 days of delivery.” Treat the order date as the safer deadline, and confirm the date with contact@customercs.com before you ship.
The returns page sets out the steps:
- Email contact@customercs.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line, before your deadline.
- Send all the bottles back, full or empty and opened or not, with a note that includes your full name, email and order ID (optional). Include the packing slip.
- Pay the return shipping yourself. The returns page says: “we do not support the return shipping costs.” Use a tracked service.
The returns page lists a mailing address for returns. Copy it from there before you ship. The seller’s terms say refunds are processed in 3–5 business days. The returns page says the processing time is between 5 and 10 days, and it may take longer to appear on your card statement.
The seller lists two phone numbers. The product page shows +1 (855) 889-3137, and the contact page shows +1 (507) 448-8190 for product support. Ask which one reaches the order desk before you call.
Before you order
- Ask your clinician whether the drops fit with any medicine you take, or with a pregnancy, breastfeeding, a medical condition or your age.
- Read the checkout.
- Note your order date. The returns page counts the 60 days from it, and the Terms of Service count from delivery, so confirm the deadline with contact@customercs.com.
- Check the safety seal when the bottle arrives.
