Onyx BioLabs does not post package prices on its public pages. Pricing and the full catalog sit behind a free researcher sign-in. Shipping is public: $11.99 standard, free on orders of $200 or more, and $19.99 expedited. Refunds are tight. The seller says all sales are final, with 48-hour claim windows for damaged, wrong or missing items.

What does Onyx BioLabs charge for its peptides?
You will not find a price list without an account. The seller's homepage says analytical pricing, reference compounds and chemical profiles are restricted to verified accounts. It describes sign-up as instant activation with free verification. To see current prices, sign in on the Product Page. Then read the final total at checkout, because shipping, insurance and discounts all change it. Our checkout price record guide shows how to note each line before you pay.
Which compounds does the seller show?
The catalog is not public. The only compound names visible are on product label images the seller posts, and you should read the strengths as they appear on those labels. Every label is stamped “Research Purposes Only.”
| Name on label | Strength as printed |
|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10MG |
| Glow | 7OMG (as it appears on the label image) |
| Klow | 30MG |
| Glutathion (as spelled on the label) | 150 |
| Tesamorelin | 10MG |
| SPC-157+TB (as it appears on the label image) | 5MG |
The seller's promo text also mentions products coded OBL-1 SM, OBL-2 TRZ and OBL-3 RT, reconstitution solutions in 10mL and 3mL, and HCG. A customer comment on the homepage mentions a 10mg vial of “Reta.” The seller's own pages do not list those as catalog entries.
What is the FDA status of these products?
The seller states that its products are not FDA authorized to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It also says its site statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and that the products are not for human or animal consumption. Research-use-only vials are not FDA-approved products for human use. The FDA approves drugs. Cleveland Clinic's cardiology podcast on research inclusion describes the agency as the body that approves drugs and devices, after clinical trials.
For BPC-157 specifically, a 2025 review in Arthroscopy calls it an experimental peptide. It describes it as unregulated yet readily available for purchase online, with scarce clinical literature on tendon, muscle and cartilage outcomes. If you want the FDA's position on any other compound, look it up by name in the FDA's own drug listings before you order. The library page on how to read preliminary findings explains what early research can and cannot tell you.
What discounts does the seller advertise?
These are the seller's offers as of October 7, 2026. Check checkout for today's.

|---|---|
| Prime Day flash sale | Buy 1 get 1 free storewide with code PRIME. Ends 10/7 at 11:59 PM EST. Excludes OBL-1 SM, OBL-2 TRZ, OBL-3 RT and reconstitution solutions (10mL and 3mL). |

The seller does not say whether these offers stack. Ask support, or watch the total change at checkout. The seller accepts credit/debit card, ACH and bank transfer, Zelle and Cash App, and cryptocurrency.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
| Option | Cost | Transit time |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $11.99 | 3-5 business days |
| Free shipping (orders $200+) | Free | 3-5 business days |
| Expedited | $19.99 | 1-2 business days |
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Nothing ships or is delivered on weekends or holidays. The shipping page also says high order volume may delay shipments by a few days, so the seller's “fast” shipping language on the homepage is best read as a goal. You get a tracking number by email once the order ships, and it usually activates within 24 hours. You can look it up on the seller's Track Order page with your order ID and billing email.
What is Route shipping protection?
Route is an optional insurance add-on at checkout. The seller says it covers theft and carrier loss, and replaces vials that shatter in transit. If you untick it, you accept that Onyx BioLabs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Claims go through claims.route.com. This matters for refunds, as the next section shows.
What are the refund terms?
The seller says all sales are final. It accepts no returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements are possible only for the shipping problems below, and the clocks are short.
| Problem | Deadline | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Damaged, broken or defective | Within 48 hours of delivery | Order number, clear photos of the product and the shipping container. Keep the packaging and box. |
| Wrong or missing items | Within 48 hours of delivery | Order number, a photo of what arrived, a photo of the packing slip. |
| Lost package | Tracking shows no movement for 7 or more consecutive days | Order number. Replacement or refund applies if the order had shipping insurance. |
| Marked “Delivered” but not received | Within 48 hours of the Delivered scan, insured orders only | Order number and a written statement that you did not receive it. |
What does the seller not cover?
- Buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong product or changing your mind.
- Misuse, contamination or improper storage after delivery.
- Claims made after the 48-hour window.
- Packages marked delivered when no shipping insurance was bought. The seller says it cannot refund or replace these.
- Loss or damage caused by a wrong shipping address entered at checkout. If a package comes back for that reason, you pay to reship it.
How do you file a claim?
- Email support@onyxbiolabs.com with the reason: damaged, incorrect, missing, lost, or delivered-but-not-received.
- Attach photos of the products, packaging and shipping label.
- Give the delivery date, or the date tracking last updated.
- Reply on the same email thread to keep your case together.
The seller aims to respond within 1-2 business days. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The seller lists a Charlotte, North Carolina address and a phone number that the contact page labels text only.
How and when are refunds paid?
| Paid by | Refund timing |
|---|---|
| Credit or debit card | Typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank |
| ACH or bank transfer | 5-7 business days |
| Zelle or Cash App | 1-3 business days, to the same wallet |
| Cryptocurrency | Same coin, to the originating wallet, at the USD-equivalent when the refund is made |
Original shipping fees are not refunded unless Onyx BioLabs is fully at fault, such as sending the wrong item. Paying by crypto means the refund amount can differ in coin terms from what you sent.
What does “research use only” mean for you as a buyer?
The seller calls itself a chemical supplier. It says it is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Its site prohibits human and animal consumption and limits use to laboratory and in-vitro work. To enter the site you confirm you are at least 21 and a qualified researcher, scientist or analytical professional. The terms add a no-warranty clause and a hold-harmless and indemnification clause. North Carolina law governs disputes. For any question about whether buying or possessing a particular compound is lawful where you live, talk to a lawyer. This page cannot answer it for you.
How does the seller describe its testing?
The seller says every batch goes through third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry testing with Kovera Labs, with purity at or above 99%. It also says its certificates of analysis test net content, to guard against under-dosed vials, and that lab reports are on its Lab Results page. These are the seller's statements. Before you buy, open the report for the exact batch and compound you want, and check that the batch number matches your vial. The library guide on ingredient evidence versus marketing claims is useful for reading such reports. For a comparison with another peptide seller's order issues, see our Loti Labs billing and refund guide.
Are Onyx BioLabs and other “biolabs” names the same company?
No connection is shown. Onyx BioLabs is operated from Charlotte, North Carolina, and its pages name no tie to any other “biolabs” company. If you searched a different name, check that you are on the right seller's site before entering payment details.
Before you order
- Sign in and read the actual price for your compounds. Screenshot the cart total.
- Decide on Route insurance. Without it, the seller says it will not refund lost, stolen or delivered-but-missing packages.
- Note the delivery date the moment the package arrives. Your 48-hour clock starts then.
- Ask support whether the 5% payment discount stacks with BOGO or first-order codes.
- Download the certificate of analysis for your batch and compare the batch number.
- Look up the FDA's status for each compound by name. Remember that research-use-only vials are not FDA-approved for human use.
