What does shipping look like?
Solana Gear says vest orders ship from its Ohio warehouse. The materials describe fast shipping, but your checkout is the place to confirm the delivery estimate and shipping total for your address. Save the order confirmation and tracking email so you have both if you need delivery help or a return.
If you are comparing another direct-to-consumer item, the practical steps in this PLAYVERO buyer guide can also help: confirm the final checkout total and keep the terms with your receipt.
How does the 90-day refund work?
The listed Solana Gear policy gives you 90 days to request a return if the vest is not for you. It says to contact Solana Gear support first, then return the item in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement.
| Refund detail | Listed term |
|---|---|
| Return window | 90 days |
| Reason | Not satisfied for any reason |
| Packaging | Original packaging |
| Outcome | Full refund or replacement |
| First step | Contact Solana Gear support |
Before sending anything back, ask support for the return instructions and keep your tracking receipt. That small step makes it easier to follow the return through to completion.
What is included and how does the vest work?
Solana Gear markets the vest as a lightweight heated layer with nine heating zones, three heat settings, a USB-charged battery pocket, and water- and wind-resistant fabric. The seller says the heating zones cover the chest, waist, upper back, spine, and collar area.
The seller’s offer says the battery is not included with the vest and may be added at checkout. Confirm that detail before ordering, especially if you want a ready-to-use package when it arrives.
To use the vest, the seller says you turn it on with its button and choose among three heat settings. The seller presents it as an option for staying comfortable during outdoor time without adding several bulky layers. When you order, checking the size chart and battery selection first can make the rest of the decision straightforward.
Is Solana Gear legitimate, and how can you check the ad?
Start with the details that affect your purchase: the checkout should show the product name, selected size, final total, shipping terms, and the 90-day return terms before payment. Solana Gear’s terms identify the site operator as Tophat Media LLC, which gives you a named business detail to match against the checkout and support information.
- Type the Solana Gear web address into your browser yourself instead of relying only on a pop-up button.
- Match the vest, bundle price, and refund period in the ad against the checkout page.
- Keep a screenshot of the offer, your order confirmation, and the return instructions.
If a pop-up sends you elsewhere or the final terms differ from the offer you expected, pause before entering payment details. You stay in control by using the checkout terms, rather than an ad headline, as the final answer.
Before you order
- Choose your size and confirm the selected vest quantity.
- Confirm whether you want to add a battery at checkout.
- Check the final shipping price and delivery estimate for your address.
- Save the 90-day return instructions with your confirmation email.
