The problems that may be hardest to fix with Synthesis Peptides are the ones restricted by its own terms. All sales are final, you can cancel only within 1 hour of ordering, you have 48 to 72 hours to report a wrong or damaged item, and any remedy is at the seller's discretion. Below: the billing, shipping and refund problems buyers of research-peptide vendors report, what this seller's terms say about each, and how to get a fix.

What do buyers complain about, and what do the terms say?
This page does not quote customer complaints. It takes the problems buyers of research-peptide vendors typically report and sets each against what Synthesis Peptides says in its Shipping & Returns page, Terms & Conditions and FAQ. The seller's site is Product Page.
| Problem | What the seller's terms say | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Order has not arrived, or tracking is blank | Orders are handed to USPS or UPS within about 36 hours. Tracking details can take up to 24 hours. Once the carrier has the package, the seller says transit time and delays are the carrier's responsibility. Priority shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. | Allow the tracking window, then email support with your order number. Check the carrier's own tracking page too. |
| Package lost or damaged in transit | Open a claim with USPS or UPS first, then contact support. Package protection is an optional add-on at checkout. | Decide on protection before you pay. Keep the box and photograph the damage. |
| Wrong or defective item | Contact support within 72 hours of delivery (Shipping & Returns page) with your order number and a clear video of the product. The seller then offers one of: a free replacement, a partial refund in rare approved cases, or store credit, at its discretion. | Film the unboxing and email the same day. |
| Want to cancel | Email support within 1 hour of placing the order. Once it ships it cannot be cancelled. The seller can also cancel or refuse any order. | Email immediately. Do not wait for a reply before checking your order status. |
| Changed your mind | No returns or exchanges, including for change of mind. | Only order what you are sure about. |
| Wrong address, or package returned | After shipping, the seller cannot change the route. Use the carrier's change-delivery option. If a package comes back, the seller may reship free or offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling, at its discretion. | Check the address before paying. |
| Discount code did not work | One code per order. Codes do not apply to items already on sale. The automatic quantity discount is described as not combinable with other promo codes. Promotions can change without notice. | Ask support before you order if a code matters to the price. |
| Reward points disappeared | Points are voided if the order is refunded, returned, charged back or cancelled. They have no cash value. | Factor this in before disputing a charge. |
| Doubts about product quality | Products are offered as-is. Purity is batch-tested but not guaranteed beyond the listed shelf life. The terms say certificates of analysis (COAs) are available on request. | Get the COA for your lot before you order. See the COA section below. |
| Bought for personal use and unhappy | By buying, you confirm the purchase is for laboratory research and not personal use. The seller says it is not responsible for misuse or improper storage and gives no refunds for them. | Expect no remedy for storage or use problems. |
Where do the seller's own pages disagree?
These gaps matter because you will be arguing from the page that favours you, and the seller will argue from the other one.
- Reporting window: the Shipping & Returns page says 72 hours from delivery. The homepage FAQ says 48 hours. Treat 48 as your deadline and ask support to confirm in writing.
- Guarantee wording: the homepage advertises a "satisfaction guarantee" and "customer satisfaction guarantee". The returns terms say all sales are final and remedies are discretionary. Read the guarantee as the narrow defect policy above.
- COAs: the homepage says a COA is published for every batch. The Terms say COAs are available upon request. Open the one on your product page and match the lot number to your vial.
- Dispatch cutoff: the shipping page says orders before 12pm PST ship the same day. Product pages say same-day dispatch by 2pm ET, and the homepage also says 2pm. Order early in the day if timing matters.
- Shipping speed: every order uses tracked priority service, typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. The VIP membership advertises "free 2-day shipping". Ask what VIP changes before paying for it.
How do I get a refund or replacement step by step?
- Photograph the sealed package and record a clear video of the product and label as you open it.
- Email support@synthesispeptides.io within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and the video attached. The seller lists a response time of 1 business day. It also offers a WhatsApp chat link on its pages.
- If the problem is transit loss or damage, open a claim with USPS or UPS as well. The seller asks for this, and package protection, if you bought it, is tied to that claim.
- Say which remedy you want. The seller chooses between a replacement, a partial refund in rare approved cases, or store credit. A full refund is not promised anywhere in its terms.
- If support stalls, keep every email and move to your card issuer (next section).
The support address uses a synthesispeptides.io domain while the store sits at synthesispeptides.co. The seller shows the .io address on its own contact, FAQ and policy pages. Still, copy the address from the seller's contact page rather than from an email or ad.
What if I am charged wrongly or the order never arrives?
The seller's privacy policy says payments run through third-party payment providers and that it does not store card numbers. Its terms do not describe a billing-dispute process, so your route is your card issuer. NorthPeptide, a peptide seller, says in its guide to peptide vendor scams that card issuers generally side with buyers when goods are not delivered or not as described. It also says scam vendors prefer crypto because card payments allow chargebacks. Two things to weigh:
- Under Synthesis Peptides' rewards terms, a chargeback voids the points from that order. The seller also reserves the right to suspend accounts where it suspects abuse of a disputed transaction.
- Ask your card issuer about its dispute deadline. Check yours early.
If you believe you were defrauded, you can also report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. NorthPeptide lists that as the US reporting route.
Recurring VIP charges
The site advertises a VIP membership from $19.99 a month with 5x points, free 2-day shipping and early access. The pages do not spell out how the membership is cancelled or when it renews. Ask support in writing before you sign up, and check your card statement after your first order.
Is Synthesis Peptides a reputable company?
The seller describes itself as a veteran-owned, U.S.-based supplier founded by a disabled combat veteran, and the homepage calls it a licensed distributor. It lists a Las Vegas, Nevada address on its contact page, a support email, a posted response time and published terms. Those are the seller's own statements. Reputation comes from how a seller handles problems, and the terms above are strict.
How to check its testing before you pay
The seller says every batch is third-party tested, with a lot-specific COA on each product page showing purity, measured content and tests such as endotoxin and heavy metals. Its listings show purity figures such as 99.96% for SYN-3RT, 99.87% for tesamorelin, 99.945% for GHK-Cu and 99.89% for BPC-157 + TB-500. Treat those as the seller's numbers until you have read the certificate. NorthPeptide's checklist is a good model:
- Find the testing laboratory named on the certificate and confirm it exists independently. The homepage's sermorelin example says only "HPLC licensed testing facility", so look at the real certificate.
- Match the lot number on the COA to the lot number on your vial.
- Look for an actual HPLC chromatogram, not just a purity percentage.
- Start with one small order, and email support a specific question first to see how fast and how well they answer.
For how we read vendor test records, see our Peptide Sciences test-record review.
What does it cost, and is there a coupon code?
Prices as of October 2, 2026; check the checkout for today's. These are research-vial prices, not clinic or injection prices.
| Product | Listed price |
|---|---|
| SYN-3RT | $89.99 to $229.99 depending on option |
| Tesamorelin | $79.99 |
| GHK-Cu | $36.99 |
| BPC-157 + TB-500 | $99.99 |
Quantity pricing is applied automatically: 3 units save 5%, 5 units save 15%, 10 units save 20%. Shipping is free on US orders over $250, and the seller ships within the United States only. The seller advertises 20% off every order for military and first responders. No public coupon code appears on its pages, so use only codes the seller itself gives you, and remember that only one code works per order.
Which peptide companies have shut down, and who is most trustworthy?
No page here can crown a "most legit" vendor, and ratings from sellers that compete with each other deserve caution. PeptideBenchmark's vendor review blog says it observed a permanent storefront closure at Chameleon Peptides on September 30, 2026, and that Peptide Tech ended its public peptide storefront on August 26, 2026. PeptideBenchmark also discloses that its owner now runs a telehealth clinic, which it calls a conflict of interest. NorthPeptide warns that vendors disappear after taking payment, and that scammers exploit buyers hunting for a new source after a big vendor closes. Practical protection: pay by card, avoid prepaying for memberships, and keep orders small until a seller has delivered what its certificate says.
Are peptides legal, and what are the risks?
The seller says its products are for laboratory research only, not for human consumption. Its terms say they have not been evaluated by the FDA and that the buyer is solely responsible for complying with local, state and federal law. I cannot give legal advice. Whether buying or possessing a given product is lawful for you is a question for a lawyer.
For context, WISN reported that in July 2026 the FDA held a two-day meeting on more than half a dozen peptides that are not FDA-approved, which pharmacies cannot legally compound or sell as custom medicines. An FDA advisory panel voted 8-6 in favour of broadening access to BPC-157, with one abstention. The panel was to keep voting on other peptides the next day. An advisory vote is not a final rule, so check the FDA for current status.
WISN also reports that many medical experts, including career FDA scientists, say there is not enough data to show these peptides are safe and effective. They warn of quality-control problems, contamination and dangerous allergic reactions. Some experts add that peptides could act in tissues beyond their intended targets, and in theory activate dormant cancer cells. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medicines, talk to a clinician before using any peptide. For a clinical view of what peptides may do, see our peptide benefits guide.
On celebrities: WISN's coverage mentions an unapproved peptide drug "touted by Joe Rogan and other influencers". Nothing here confirms what any named celebrity injects, including Jennifer Aniston, so treat such claims as gossip, not guidance. Nothing here addresses drug-test results either. Ask the testing body that matters to you.
Before you order
- Ask support to confirm in writing whether your reporting window is 48 or 72 hours.
- Ask for the COA for the lot you would receive, and check the lab named on it.
- Ask how the VIP membership is cancelled and when it bills.
- Ask whether your discount code combines with the quantity discount.
- Decide whether to add the optional package protection.
- Confirm the accepted payment methods at checkout, and pay by card if you can.
